Before you write
Most questions are answered faster by the system itself:
- Lost something? File a lost item report so the office can match it against anything handed in.
- Found something? File a found item report rather than holding on to it.
- Looking for a specific item? Search the database by keyword, category and location.
- Following up a claim? Check its status on your dashboard first.
When you write, please quote the reference number shown on the record (for example UNI-F-2026-0041). It saves a great deal of searching.
